I love getting people out of pain and back to doing what they love! In my practice, I specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries & conditions that are specific to athletes & active individuals. As an athlete myself, I understand the value of pain free movement and am so honored to help share that with the Fitness Rangers community.

FAQ's
  • How long are appointments?
Initial exam: 40-60 minutes Subsequent visit: 20-30 minutes
  • Do I need to be injured or actively in pain to be seen?
Absolutely not! You can be seen if you are looking for routine/maintenance movement care in the same way that you might see a massage therapist (although it may look very different from a massage). There is always room to improve soft tissue and/or joint mobility. In fact, in addition to your regular mobility and stretching practices, this is an excellent way to help reduce the risk of injury. Move your best, feel your best, perform your best.

    Monday (11am-6pm) Tuesday (9am-5pm) Wednesday (9am-5pm) Thursday (9am-5pm) Friday (8am-6pm)
  • What services are offered?
Comprehensive movement assessments Spinal and extremity adjusting Manual spinal decompression Active Release Technique (and other myofascial release techniques) IASTM (i.e. graston or "scraping") Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) Cupping Assisted Stretching KinesioTaping Rehabilitation In-depth exericse and activity modifications
  • When will The Bodyshop open?
It will be opening in late February or early March. We will continue to notify you during the course of its completion.
  • What is the difference between a sports chiropractor and a traditional chiropractor?
A sports chiropractor has a greater education, knowledge, and training in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions that are related to physical activity or sport (or lack thereof). They are typically more focused on improving overall movement capacity and function. Their treatment techniques and therapies (such as a chiropractic adjustment) are used to serve that goal of improving movement capacity. Depending on the assessment, this could be to improve joint range of motion, muscle/fascia extensibility, decrease local inflammation, correct muscle imbalances, or desensitize a body region to pain. Sports chiropractors focus can go far beyond the spine - joint restrictions, myofascial tension, injury, and movement dysfunction can occur anywhere in the body, so they are prepared to assess and treat anywhere in the body. This includes the shoulders, elbows, wrists/hands, hips, knees, and foot/ankle complex. Traditional chiropractors typically limit their focus to the spine.
  • What if I have an injury or concern that I'd like to get looked at now?
