Our Approach

1. Examination

We'll take you through a comprehensive orthopedic evaluation to pinpoint the exact source of your pain, combined with functional testing to assess what other functional factors are contributing to your condition. Based on your findings, we'll create a treatment solution that best fits you and your concerns.

2. Treatment

We integrate sports chiropractic, shockwave therapy, myofascial release techniques, and rehabilitation to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and help you get back to the activities you love. Treatments are usually rendered same day as the examination.

3. Refinement

As we guide you through your plan, we'll emphasize different treatment tactics to progress you from controlling pain and inflammation to improving strength and resilience.

THERAPY SERVICES

We combine these different elements into an integrated, functional plan that is specific to you and your unique condition(s).

Caitlin B.

"I injured my knee during training for an Olympic weightlifting competition. I went to a physical therapist who wasn’t helpful at all, and my knee didn’t get any better after a lot of money and a month of doing everything he said every day. Then I went to Nate, who actually gave me a diagnosis that made sense and prescribed rehab exercises that worked actually relieved pain. He told me I could be back to lifting in about 4-6 weeks. I’m on week 6 of working with him now and he was right. I’m back to my sport and soooo thankful for his help. I can’t recommend him enough!"
